Part-Time Customer Service and Delivery Specialist

Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Schedule: Weekdays, daytime hours
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + mileage reimbursement

About the Position

New Streams Medical is a Christ-centered Durable Medical Equipment (DME) rental company serving Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout South Carolina. We believe healthcare is a calling and strive to serve patients, families, and care teams with excellence and Christ-like compassion.

We are looking for a dependable, service-oriented individual to join our team in delivering, maintaining, and managing medical equipment throughout the Lowcountry in addition to some administrative support.

Responsibilities

·        Deliver, set up, and pick up medical equipment at Skilled Nursing Facilities.

·        Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory.

·        Clean and disinfect equipment according to company procedures.

·        Complete delivery documentation accurately.

·        Communicate equipment needs and issues to the operations team.

·        Provide excellent customer service and represent our Christ-centered mission.

Requirements

·        Alignment with our Christ-centered mission.

·        Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

·        Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.

·        Proficient in MS Office and Outlook

·        Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

·        Strong communication and customer service skills.
