Equipment Service Technician

Position Summary

New Streams Medical is a Christ-centered Durable Medical Equipment (DME) rental company serving Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout South Carolina. We believe healthcare is a calling and strive to serve patients, families, and care teams with excellence and Christ-like compassion. 

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Equipment Service Technician to maintain, clean, inspect, and service oxygen concentrators and other medical equipment. This role also includes inventory management, deliveries, and warehouse support.

Responsibilities

·       Clean, inspect, test, and perform routine maintenance on oxygen concentrators.

·       Track equipment inventory and maintain accurate service records.

·       Ensure equipment is safe, properly maintained, and ready for use.

·       Deliver and pick up medical equipment as needed.

·       Monitor supplies and report equipment issues or repair needs.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·       Provide professional customer service to facility partners. 

Qualifications

·       Alignment with our Christ-centered mission.

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

·       Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

·       Basic computer skills.

·       Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

·       Ability to lift, carry, and transport medical equipment.

·       Previous experience in medical equipment, maintenance, warehouse operations, or healthcare is preferred but will train the right candidate.
